Anyone with a real audience of people who ship games. That is usually gamedev YouTubers, Discord community owners, newsletter writers and marketing consultants. We read every application and check the link you give us, so it matters more that the audience is relevant than that it is large.
A new Loopcast account created within 60 days of a click on your link, which then buys minutes. Self-referrals and accounts you control do not count, and neither does bidding on "Loopcast" in paid search.
Twelve months after the account signs up. Everything they buy in that window pays you, including repeat purchases, which for a customer running a permanent broadcast is most of what they will ever spend.
Applications are reviewed by hand, usually within one business day. If we can see the fit we send your link and a short brief covering what Loopcast does and does not do, so you do not have to guess at the claims.
