Before you write

Quick answers

Within one business day for email and the contact form. If a live broadcast is down, flag it as Technical support and we treat it as same-day urgent.
Send us the game and your Steamworks setup over the form and we will walk you through enabling Broadcast Live and grabbing your stream key. We never need your Steam password.
Yes. Tell us the event and your scheduled broadcast slots ahead of time and we will make sure your loop is encoded to spec and running before your window opens.
We do. Pick Partnerships / press as your topic and include a bit about your studio, publisher or outlet, and we will route it to the right person.
Choose Billing & minutes and include your account email. Minutes are only spent while a stream is live - one a minute, never overdrawn - so we can reconcile it quickly.
