Kick allows it. That settles the format question and none of the content ones - an unattended loop is still a channel, with a chat attached, running under the same community guidelines as everybody else.
Platforms differ sharply here, which is why the question is worth asking rather than assuming. Kick is on the permissive end: broadcasting pre-recorded material as a live stream is not treated as deception in itself.
Your music rights. A loop running for weeks is weeks of exposure for the soundtrack. Unlicensed audio catches up with long-running channels sooner than short ones.
Chat moderation. The broadcast may be unattended; the chat is not exempt. Moderation stays your responsibility while nobody is at the keyboard.
Honest presentation. A loop presented as a loop is fine. A title implying you are live and responding is a different claim, and viewers report it.
Everything in the guidelines. Content rules do not relax because a machine is doing the pressing.
The thing most likely to end a 24/7 Kick channel is nobody watching it. A loop is a slot on the directory that runs while you sleep, which is worth something - but only if what is in it is worth stopping for. A long reel with some variety in it outperforms a short clip on repeat by a wide margin, for reasons that have nothing to do with policy.
